Thank you for shopping with Calm & Blue Designs! Most items in my shop are made to order, which allows me to offer a wide variety of designs while reducing textile waste and overproduction. Below you’ll find helpful information about how orders are made, shipped, and handled if an issue comes up.
Store Policies & Information
Printing & Production
All designs are created by me in Minnesota, USA. Most items are produced using trusted print partners who specialize in the type of product you’re ordering (apparel, accessories, paper goods, etc.). Because of this, blank items may be sourced internationally and may include manufacturer tags from outside the U.S. Some products are printed, while others are embroidered, depending on the item and what creates the best final result. I do my best to represent colors accurately in listing photos, but screens can vary, and slight color differences may occur.
Shipping & Delivery
Most items are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days within the U.S. Please allow 7–14 business days total from order to delivery, especially during peak or holiday seasons.

A Note About Multiple Packages
Some orders may ship in more than one package, depending on the item(s) purchased and which print partner fulfills them. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because items are made to order, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Please review the size chart in each listing before ordering, as sizing varies by brand and style.
Cancellations
Cancellations can only be requested within one hour of placing your order. After that point, your order may already be in production.
Quality Issues
If your item arrives with a manufacturing issue or damage, I will absolutely make it right. Please contact me within 7 business days of delivery with a brief description and clear photos showing the issue.
