Fits true to size, but size up if you are in-between sizes. There is a +/- 1-½” size tolerance on this item.
 
Care Instructions: To maximize the life of your design, machine wash inside-out in cold water. For best results, lay flat to dry, or tumble dry low heat. Do not add bleach or fabric softener to the wash. Do not iron directly on the design. Do not dryclean.
