🛠️ HOW IT WORKS

1. CHOOSE YOUR SWEATSHIRT Select your preferred size and color from the four available options.

2. SEND YOUR PHOTOS After placing your order, email 1–2 clear photos of your dog to calmbluedesigns@gmail.com. Include your order number and dog's name in the subject line. Ideally, send one close-up of the face and another showing your dog standing or in profile. Original, uncropped photos work best. Please avoid screenshots.

3. CREATE YOUR DESIGN I'll use your photos to create your custom Iced Coffee Holiday illustration. I'll work to preserve your dog's recognizable features and coloring, although the finished artwork is an artistic interpretation rather than an exact photographic likeness.

4. REVIEW YOUR PROOFI'll email you a proof before production. Please review it and let me know if you'd like any changes. If I don't hear back within 24 hours, I'll assume everything looks good and move forward with printing to keep your order on schedule.

👕 ABOUT THE GILDAN CREWNECK SWEATSHIRT

This Gildan 18000 unisex heavy blend crewneck sweatshirt is made from a soft, cozy 50/50 cotton-polyester blend. Made with tubular knit construction for a smooth, seamless feel through the sides. Available in four colors.

Please refer to the unisex size chart in the listing photos before ordering. There is a ±1.5" size tolerance on this item.

Care Instructions: To maximize the life of your design, machine wash inside-out in cold water. For best results, lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not add bleach or fabric softener. Do not iron directly on the design. Do not dry clean.

🌸 DESIGN + PRINTING INFO

All designs are created in Minnesota, USA by Calm & Blue Designs. Each Iced Coffee Holiday illustration is custom-created using a combination of AI-assisted artwork, design software, and creative editing.

Your finished artwork is intended as a fun, recognizable interpretation of your dog rather than an exact portrait. Precise reproduction of every physical detail cannot be guaranteed.

Sweatshirts are printed using DTG (Direct to Garment), where ink is printed directly into the fabric for a softer, vintage-inspired look. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Listing photos may include a light watermark that will not appear on your finished item.

📪 SHIPPING

Production typically takes 2–5 business days after your design is finalized. Please allow 7–14 business days total for delivery after proof approval, longer during busy holiday seasons. Each sweatshirt is custom-designed and made to order.
