After placing your order, email, at full size, 1–2 clear photos of your dog to calmbluedesigns@gmail.com. Please include your order number and dog's name in the subject line. Ideally, send one close-up of the face and one standing side profile, although one good photo is fine, too. Send original, uncropped photos whenever possible, and avoid screenshots.

2. CREATE YOUR DESIGN

I'll use your photos to create a custom Moonlit Howl illustration using a combination of AI-assisted artwork, design software, and creative editing. The result is a fun artistic interpretation of your dog, not an exact photographic likeness.

3. REVIEW YOUR PROOF

I'll email you a proof before production. Please review it and let me know if you have any concerns. If I don't hear back within 24 hours, I'll assume everything looks good and move forward with printing to keep your order on schedule.

Shirts are printed using DTG (Direct to Garment), where ink is printed directly into the fabric for a softer, vintage-inspired look. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Please allow 7–14 business days total for delivery after your design is approved, with additional time possible during busy holiday periods. Each shirt is custom-designed and made to order.

Because this is a personalized, made-to-order item, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is a printing issue or quality error, please contact me within 7 business days of delivery with photos and a description so I can make it right.
